Redesigned Empire Donuts’ outdated website by identifying key UX issues and creating a modern, brand-aligned, user-friendly experience.
I evaluated Empire Donuts’ website and discovered that its outdated design didn’t reflect the brand’s high-quality products or established reputation. Through a full heuristic and information-architecture review, I identified major issues like unclear navigation, poor mobile usability, missing menu details, and misleading redirects. I then redesigned the site with a modern, brand-aligned look, improved readability, and a simplified user journey. Peer feedback helped refine the final design. This project strengthened my ability to think beyond templates and create user-focused, trustworthy digital experiences.
